Known by his peers as A.I., he oversees the operation of all permanent and temporary placements and drives strategic planning while continuing to operate a full desk within the Accounting & Finance division.
Anthony began his career working for Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank in Financial Services, Compliance, and Portfolio Analysis. Advancing his career, Anthony brought his expertise in finance to the recruiting industry. While at previous search firms, Anthony was responsible for hiring and mentoring personnel and developing procedures and strategies while simultaneously acting as the lead client developer. With his pulse on industry sectors, Anthony successfully restructured, created, and built recruiting divisions.
Moving on to The Goodkind Group, Anthony brings his vast experience in the corporate world, in-depth recruiting background, and management expertise as a Business and Branch Manager for a top national staffing firm. He continues to drive sales growth, margin improvement, expense control, and strategic planning.
Anthony is a graduate of Towson University and holds a B.S. in both Political Science and Economics. As a prior member of the Towson Varsity football team, he still enjoys a pick-up game with his kids and their friends. Anthony resides in New Jersey with his wife and four children.
