For more than 25 years, Ken Thorn was a Senior Banking Executive with Chemical Bank (now Chase Manhattan Bank) and First Fidelity Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank). He focused on improving internal banking operations and acquiring troubled banks. Ken developed and implemented new and creative business solutions, integrated acquisitions, and divested underperforming or non-strategic business units. He subsequently applied these skills to building Hobart West, a business Ken founded in 1996, which he grew into a $160 million legal services and commercial staffing company, with more than 70 offices and 600 employees. He skillfully guided the firm’s organic growth through a series of 15 acquisitions and mergers. In 2004, Ken formed Wyatt Partners, where he currently works with Private Equity firms and entrepreneurs including, The Goodkind Group. Mr. Thorn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Dickinson College and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University. Additionally, Ken lends his professional expertise to a variety of corporate, professional, and community boards.
